Hole 1 - Hall Drive
Recently listed and described in the ‘Golf World’ as one of the top ten opening holes in Great Britain & Ireland. ‘In many ways this Open Championship final qualifying course’s opener is the perfect par 5. The drive must favour the left to avoid a deep fairway bunker on the right, the second shot must favour the right to avoid more fairway bunkers on the left, leaving a short pitch into a well protected green.
